Advocate Decision Making: Neolithic Revolution--Great OR Not

Judges: On your advocate sheet, come up with 5 questions to ask the advocates. Do not complete the second part of the page. You will do that during class.
For example:
Name two ways that farming was a more efficient way of getting food than hunting and gathering (for advocates of farming). Name two ways that hunting and gathering provided a better lifestyle than farming (for advocates against farming).
Advocates: You were given a side to advocate for (for Farming or against farming). Completely fill out the advocate sheet in order to be prepared for the argument.

Summer Essay Update
After today in the computer lab, students should have the majority of their essays completed. They should finish their rough draft tonight for homework because we will be doing peer editing in class tomorrow. The final essay is due on Friday. Tomorrow is our last day to work in the computer lab.

Summer essay homework
Today in the computer lab, students started their summer essays in Google docs. Students can access their work at home by logging into their student email from the Bellmore-Merrick homepage. We will be working on the essays again tomorrow in the lab, but students should have the first TWO paragraphs finished tonight.
